Crisis Management Plans

The range of potential incidents which could affect, disrupt, or stress production are ever increasing. If prepared and planned for correctly, then not all these incidents may result in a crisis. However, those that result in significant losses or increased demand on a company’s organisation, may have serious consequence for the company, stakeholders, country and reputation of those involved in a response.

The key requirement of a crisis management plan is that it should be easy to apply in an intense situation. Our consultants have experience in developing practical plans, which enable organisations to undertake the correct actions and communications under the utmost pressure.

Our Crisis Management Plans, as a minimum include:

>>Key principles and policies

>>Crisis team activation and mobilisation procedures

>>Checklists of actions

>>Guidelines on crisis communication strategy

>>Templates, such as holding statements

>>Contacts directory
