• Completion, review and/or assessment of site specific or regional Tactical Oil Spill Response Plans (TRPs) - aviation, offshore, onshore (shoreline), wildlife, waste etc.

• Response support for emergencies involving people which includes Evacuee Reception Centres, Family Liaison, Relative Response, Call Handlers, Contractor Liaison and Breaking Bad News

• Oil spill preparedness capability audits/reviews, from corporate strategy level to site specific equipment assessments

• Oil spill equipment recommendation and selection, including vessels and aircraft

• Shoreline categorisation and clean-up recommendations

• Environmental Sensitivity Index mapping awareness and advice

• Completion, review and/or assessment of Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) for offshore or onshore installations

• Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans

• Crisis Management and Incident Management advice and recommendations.

• Oil spill response and incident management training, recommendations and delivery

• Oil spill dispersant awareness, recommendations and advice

• Oil spill modelling awareness, recommendations and advice
