SpillConsult has recently expanded to include the full range of training courses, exercises and response support for emergencies involving people.
Our Aberdeen office includes Rona Grimmer, who is widely recognised as the industry expert in this field with over 40 years experience and specialist knowledge. She has recently been joined by Jacqui Jamieson who also has many years experience in emergency service, as well as industry knowledge in responding to emergencies in various roles within the Incident Management Teams.
In addition, the Aberdeen office has 30 associates who are trained responders in Relative Response and Evacuee Reception Centers and can mobilise when required.
Courses We Offer
Reception Centre - Training on how to deal and manage a reception centre in the case of an incident.
Breaking Bad News - Training on the skills needed to deliver bad news to next of kin.
Contractor Liaison - Training on how to deal with affected contractors and updating them throughout an emergency.
Relative Response - Training on how to deal with calls from concerned members of the public, or friends and family of staff involved in an incident.
Family Liaison - Training on how to affectively carry out the role of family liaison to support families following an emergency.
