Refreshing in Aberdeen
Rona Grimmer was in action this week delivering our internal Evacuee Reception Centre training in Aberdeen.
This session formed part of our regular refresher programme for the existing team of responders, and we were also pleased to welcome some new team members who joined us for the day.
It is vital that our responder teams are regularly exercised so the standard of services we provide—particularly in Rapid Response and Evacuee Reception Centre operations—remains high and reflects the extensive experience of our staff while bringing new personnel up to speed.
