The SpillConsult Relative Response Team are put to work!

Last week the SpillConsult Relative Response Team in Aberdeen successfully responded to a ‘no-notice’ test from a major multinational client.  From a pool of highly skilled and experienced responders, SpillConsult identified, contacted and notified a full team and supervisor within 20 minutes of the initial callout.  In under an hour, our client went from requiring Relative Response support to having a fully-manned team to take calls from concerned families and members of the public.  This test successfully demonstrates SpillConsult’s operational readiness and commitment to enhancing the capability of our clients through effective emergency management.

People are always the first priority and having the capability to pro-actively manage the human aspects of any emergency is of critical importance.  In addition to incident management training and consultancy services, SpillConsult offer the full range of ‘HR-specific’ emergency response training, including Family Liaison and Breaking Bad News courses.  Managed services in the form of Relative Response Teams and Evacuee Response Centres are also on offer to ensure organisations are fully equipped to care for their people in the event of the unexpected.
