Relative Response Training

Well done to all the delegates who have successfully completed our most recent Relative Response Training course.   They now have a good insight into how best to approach taking calls from concerned family and friends of their employees should the need arise.  After initial theory training, all delegates were given the opportunity to hone their skills answering calls from colleagues portraying to be genuine callers. 

Whilst this is a serious subject, we aim for our training to be fun as well as theory and the winner of "The Best Call Maker Award" proudly holds her Oscar which now has pride of place on her desk.
