At the heart of our team is a shared commitment to making a difference - not just for our clients, but in our communities too.

We’re incredibly proud to share that our colleague Rachel Davis, Senior Consultant, begins her training for Community First Responder Programme with the South Central Ambulance Service in April, and will start responding to incidents in the community from June.

Rachel is passionate about supporting her local community and also serves as a trustee for a youth support provision in Surrey. As a Community First Responder, she’ll be providing immediate assistance at real-life incidents - helping to make a difference when it matters most.

The experience will also further strengthen the planning and emergency response expertise she applies in her role every day, bringing invaluable real-world insight to the work we do.
