Last month, SpillConsult Ltd had the pleasure of delivering two published ICS 300 courses - one in Doha and one in Abu Dhabi.

This three-day programme provided participants with a comprehensive overview of the concepts, principles, and protocols of ICS/IMS. Through a dynamic, scenario-based format, delegates were guided through the full lifecycle of an incident - from initial response and transition phases to operating within an expanded Incident Management Team (IMT). The course equipped participants with an in-depth understanding of the key roles and responsibilities within an ICS/IMS structure, strengthening their ability to lead and operate effectively during complex incidents.

The objective? To enhance leadership capability and operational readiness by developing a strong understanding of ICS/IMS frameworks, improving coordination, decision-making, and structured incident management across escalating scenarios.
