OPRC OSR (IMO) Level 2 for our Graduate Consultants!

SpillConsult recently ran an OPRC OSR (IMO Equivalent) Level 2 On Scene Commander course for recently recruited Consultants.  This course, accredited by the Nautical Institute, is aimed at oil spill response teams and in particular those team members who are likely to fulfil the role of On Scene Commander.  Over three days, delegates were provided with all necessary technical oil spill knowledge and made aware of their responsibilities in relation to logistics, marine and air operations, legal issues and much more.
