Back in the swing of it!

We’re back into the full swing of face to face training again!

This week, Stuart Gair was up in Aberdeen giving some IMS 300 training.

Though usually quite an interactive course with various exercises and practicals, we were able to deliver the course at safe distances and still uphold our interactive element with digital alternatives and socially distanced exercises!

The course is broken up into 3 days, first being the refresher and introduction to the planning process and our scenario, Komoko, our virtual environment. Second day consisted a lot about the planning process in the proactive phase and the third day is a team exercise, giving the delegates an opportunity to walk through the process themselves.

The delegates did a great job and though it can be quite challenging to get to grips with IMS, it was also fun! One of our delegates said "Good mix of theory and practical. Liked the quizzes!"
