EMS is our original Exercise Management System for facilitators and assessors to manage injects and progress during live simulated exercises.

Whilst watching an exercise play out, the EMS allows synchronised communication between facilitators and coaches, whilst also keeping assessors and observers updated on the current point in the scenario.

It also allows coaches to directly report observations they may have at any point in the exercise, which then allows the teams to learn and develop from the post-exercise report.</p>
