Staff Update Day 2025

A couple of months ago, the SpillConsult team came together for our annual Staff Update Day.

The purpose? To align, reflect, and energise.

Our agenda was focused and intentional:

📋 Review staff survey insights
🤝 Most importantly – connect as a team

It was a fantastic day filled with reflection, recognition, and renewed motivation. These moments are vital – they keep our team aligned and our culture strong.

We wrapped up the day with some friendly competition at Boom Battle Bar, bonding over darts, shuffleboard, and plenty of laughs.

Team days like this are more than just a break from routine. A company is only as strong as its culture – and culture is nothing without its people.
