Having been involved in supporting many organisations over the years in the integration, training and exercising of ICS one of the most useful tools we have provided our customers is our Incident Management Handbook (IMH).

The SpillConsult IMH has constantly improved with lessons learned from our industry customers and industry initiatives.

The SpillConsult IMH is an All Hazards IMH, which starts at the beginning of an incident (which is useful) The Initial Response Phase. In doing this it ensures organisations start every incident using ICS, and there is no difficult transition on the rare occasions when an incident escalates.

SpillConsult's IMH is used by a number of our customers as part of their standard emergency documentation. It is an IMH that makes sense anywhere in the world, as it has been designed to be international and is suitable for any incident that our customers may have to deal with.
