Having supported many organisations over the years in the integration, training and exercising of ICS, one of the most useful tools we have provided our customers is our Incident Management Handbook (IMH).

The SpillConsult IMH has been continually refined and improved through lessons learned from our industry customers, real-world exercises and broader industry initiatives.

The SpillConsult IMH is an All Hazards handbook that begins at the earliest stages of an incident — the Initial Response Phase — which is particularly useful for ensuring a consistent start.

By doing this it helps organisations initiate response using ICS from the outset and avoids a difficult or disruptive transition on the rare occasions when an incident escalates.

SpillConsult’s IMH is adopted by a number of our customers as part of their standard emergency documentation. It is a practical, internationally focused IMH designed to be applicable anywhere in the world and suitable for the wide range of incidents our customers may need to manage.
