Aberdeen
Two of the SpillConsult team visited Aberdeen recently to deliver the IMS 300 course to an Incident Management Team. The course provided the IMT with the tools needed to successfully recognise when and how to scale up an emergency response from a more familiar and ‘typical’ 24-hour response to a larger-scale incident response, such as an oil spill.
After two days of theoretical training, Stuart Gair and Peter Crook used our fictitious exercise environment to engage the team, presenting a scenario for them to respond to practically.
The training was well received, and the team responded well to our virtual scenario!
