OEUK Economic Report Launch 2026

Yesterday, our Bid & Marketing Lead, Ella Wiffen, and Business Development Manager, Sam Nash, had the pleasure of attending the launch of Offshore Energies UK's Economic Report 2026, hosted by Deloitte.

It was a fantastic opportunity to hear from industry leaders and stakeholders, with a particularly interesting panel discussion exploring the ongoing conversation around energy security and net zero.

One of the key themes was the importance of balancing the transition to net zero with the continued role of oil and gas in meeting the UK’s energy needs. The discussion highlighted the importance of investing in domestic resources and capability, reducing reliance on imports, supporting jobs and livelihoods, and building a resilient and secure energy system for the future.

A truly insightful and enjoyable event, and a great opportunity to connect with industry partners, fellow OEUK members and others across the energy sector.
