Steven has joined SpillConsult in Qatar as a Consultant, bringing over 30 years of specialised expertise in Fire, Hazardous Materials (Hazmat), and Hazardous & Noxious Substances (HNS) response to their growing regional operations.

His career spans frontline incident command and strategic leadership across the UK, UAE, and globally. He has served with the London Fire Brigade, managed major HNS contracts in Aberdeen, and led international HNS/Hazmat/CBRN operations for Ambipar Response.

At Spill Consult, he will focus on HNS program development, advanced training, emergency response planning, and incident management - helping clients in Qatar and the region build true operational resilience.

Steven is eager to contribute to Spill Consult's mission and to mentor the next generation of responders. He looks forward to connecting with colleagues and partners across the industry.
