Shona is currently seconded to support bp in the roll out of its business continuity program and building operational resilience.

Shona has been with SpillConsult since 2021 following a career in Police Scotland which included leadership roles in Operational and Community Policing , Firearms Commander and latterly working within NHS Scotland to develop custody healthcare and localised forensic services.  She has a track record of successfully implementing problem solving initiatives, multi-agency working, providing planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling operations.

This experience has been invaluable in understanding the needs of organisations in terms of avoiding outages, utilising AI, breaking down silos and building a culture of resilience and supporting risk awareness and preparedness.
