Sara joined SpillConsult in 2021 on secondment

to bp for their business continuity program. She is now on the roll out of the GRRP project - Global Response and Resilience Platform. Building out the business continuity BIAs and BCPs, introducing operation resilience and developing the exercise platform.

Prior to this role, Sara built her career in the hospitality and travel industry.

Sara began in customer-facing management positions before transitioning into training delivery and leading IT system rollouts. In these roles, she focused on ensuring new technologies were implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

Sara's core focus is on people-helping them use systems effectively while staying connected and resilient through any challenges.
