This course has been designed to provide you with an overview of matters related to an oil spill response incident. Emphasising the role & importance of those who may be required to activate an Oil Spill Contingency plan and act as On-Scene Commander for Tier 1 and Tier 2 events. You will also undertake practical equipment deployments to give you an understanding of the issues faced on the front line of the response.
