Ella joined SpillConsult in July 2025 as Tenders and Proposals Coordinator. She brings with her a solid foundation in project management and business support within the Health and Care sector.

After graduating from the University of Bristol, Ella has gained expertise in effective planning, stakeholder engagement, progress monitoring and implementation support across a range of service development initiatives.

At SpillConsult, Ella’s role involves managing the end-to-end Tender and Proposal development process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and collaborating closely with the Business Development Lead to drive continuous improvement across the team’s operations.

Ella is highly organised, analytical and a strong communicator - with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
