Adam began working as an ERO for bp in 2021 during the difficult conditions experienced due to Covid restrictions. Despite limited interactions with other bp staff, which were exclusively online during that time, he quickly adapted to become a valued team member capable of working independently. He has trained new staff members in the efficient and effective working of the unit and its responsibilities. Adam has worked in both corporate security and document control elsewhere within the oil industry, in addition to administration roles in other areas of business.
